FAQ’s, Shipping, Return/Exchange Policies
1. How to order?
You can place an order by choosing the item that you like then click “add to cart” or “buy now”. Adding to cart means you have more than one item to buy while buy now means you’ve finalized your order.
2. How to pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) Nationwide and Bank Deposits/Online Transfer thru BPI or BDO. Please check the Payment Options page for more details.
3. How long do I receive my order?
We use LBC or GRAB as our courier for fast and secure shipping. For COD’s, please make sure to leave the payment at your delivery address in order to receive your order.

Metro Manila: 3 days
North Luzon: 4 days
South Luzon: 4 days
Visayas: 8 days
Mindanao: 9 days
Puerto Princesa: 12 days
Batanes: 30 days
Coron: 15 days
Bicol Area: 7 days
GRAB Delivery Leadtime:
Same day or next day depending on the time of order.
4. What if the ring I ordered does not fit me?
We can replace your ring within 7 days of delivery to you, provided that the size is available for the design you ordered. It should be in original/unused condition with its packaging intact. Shipping Fee for the return will be shouldered by the buyer.

5. 7-days Return / Exchange Policy.
We thoroughly check our products prior to shipping to check faulty locks, missing parts, etc. However, should you receive a faulty/defective items, please message us within 7 days after receiving your order in its original packaging. This will be subject to review and approval. Exchange would only be allowed to the same design or item unless the particular design is no longer available.
Should be warranted, refunds will be given in the form of store credits.
