💬 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available for orders ₱1,000 and below, with a 4% COD fee. Pay in cash upon delivery—no card required! 

Please note: Returning items will forfeit your eligibility for future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

If you wish to place a COD order above ₱1,000, kindly send us a message so we can assist you further.


📦 How long does shipping take?
We ship via J&T Express. Estimated delivery times:
Metro Manila & Luzon: 1–2 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–4 business days
Island Areas: 5–6 business days

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item has a factory defect, which will be subject to investigation and approval.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
