7-days Return / Exchange Policy
We thoroughly check our products prior to shipping to check faulty locks, missing parts, etc. However, should you receive faulty/defective items, please message us within 7 days after receiving your order and we'll replace it free of charge. This will be subject to review and approval. Exchanges would only be allowed to the same design or item unless the particular design is no longer available.
Should be warranted, refunds will be given in the form of store credits.
