Most of our products are eligible for return or exchange, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

We offer free returns and exchanges within the 7-day period. However, please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
